An impeccable healthy skin – it is something all women out there want. However, some of us do not get enough time from their work and their household chores to look after their skin.
For working women, it gets much worse.
Their work demands them either to sit in front of a screen the whole day, or to get exposed to the heat or dust. It is easy to say or to give advice as to how one can and should squeeze out time to take care of their skin, health, etc. But, it is much easier said than done. We are too exhausted or stressed to think about anything but to just make our dinner and go to bed.
Now, there are some exceptionally simple things that you can do which will not require much time and will give you a naturally glowing, supple, flawless and healthy skin. (It is tried and tested!)
If I can follow these tips and get healthy skin, then so can you! Take a look!
QUICK AND EASY TIPS FOR HEALTHY SKIN
Wash Your Face 2 Times A Day
The most essential and simple thing that you can do without even trying is – wash your face with cold water. You have to do this just twice a day. Just pick two slots in a day and taking out time will not be an issue. I wash my face right after having lunch and as soon as I reach home from work. Doable, right?
Cucumber To The Rescue

Sitting in front of the screen the entire day can lead to strained, and tired eyes. Result? More dark circles, a dull looking skin and puffy eyes. Yes, we have heard that keeping the cool cucumber on our eyes can make all the puffiness go and relax our eyes. But then, we always get a little lazy after coming home and postpone it for the next day.
Now, here’s the deal:
While you prepare for dinner, cut a cucumber and keep it in your refrigerator. And, when you go to bed, take two slices with you. Place it on your eyes for 30 minutes and you are done!
Want to know the best part?
You also get an amazing good night’s sleep after this exercise. And one cucumber has at least 6-7 slices so it can easily last for a week.
Cleanse & Tone

Cleanse and tone your skin as soon as you enter your home after work. Why are cleansing and toning important? Because, the dust, dirt, grime and exposure of the day takes a heavy toll on your skin. Much heavier than you can think.
Now, the question is :
What cleanser and toner should be used? Well, it entirely depends upon your skin type. My preference would be just one product for both things – Rose Water.
It is natural, freshens up your skin instantly, and then it saves you a lot of time. Say bye-bye to first cleansing and then toning routine. You can use just rose water to get rid of all the unwanted accumulated dirt on your skin.
Moisturize At The Right Time
We all know how moisturizing is a must for the health of our skin. But, what we do not know is what time we should moisturize to get the best results. You should moisturize two times in a day
- One, right after you come out of the shower.
- Two, right before you go to bed.
Easy and simple.
Honey Face Pack

Honey has some incredible properties which can work exceptionally well to ensure you enjoy a glowing healthy skin. Its antioxidants, and nutrients can give a flawless texture to your skin.
Applying a honey face pack once a week (Sunday works perfectly!) will seal the deal for you and will give you beautiful healthy skin in no time.
How to make a honey face pack?
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to make a thick paste.
Apply this paste on the skin and keep it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it with warm water and we are done!
How to make it a part of your routine?
Here is a simple time table which you can follow and make this routine an integral part of your life.
- Moisturize – After Shower
- At Work – Wash your face after lunch
- After reaching home – Wash your face, cleanse and tone
- Before Bed – Keep cucumber slices on your eyes and relax
- Before you go to sleep – Moisturize Again
- Reserve 30 minutes of your Sunday for applying a Honey face pack.
